Hey guys. So this was thanksgiving week which we had off school and that was awesome. Monday through wednesday I went backpacking with my friend Zach into the Angeles mountains and that was a strenuous but good time. Then on thankgiving I did 15 miles with my sister while she was on the bike through Rancho Penasquitos park. On friday I went in the morning to the beach and back with my friend Anthony. That run totaled 22 miles. It’s nice with all this running because I am now able to do like 22 mile runs like there nothing, next day recoveries and all. I am feeling that I will be well able to do this 50 mile run with no problem. As far as donations and sponsorships efforts go, they are in the works and I need to be attending more running and triathlon events. However if you live in San Diego there is an article of me coming out in this months issue of the competitor.

Hey everyone. Hope your all doing well and looking forward to thanksgiving. I know I am going to eat alot. So reagarding last weeks running schedule. I maintained my mileage throughout the week and stayed pretty consistently at 13 like normal t’was good. I run for the most part these days either on the 56 freeway bike path or in rancho penasquitos park (its like one of the few places that hasnt burnt). But anyways so my long run on saturday.. It was amazing. I had eaten well that day and the night before so I took off from my house at about two o’ clock and headed towards Rancho Penasquitos park, I ran through there, through mira mesa and back past poway into escondido a bit. Totaling it was 32.5 miles that is my new PR for longest distance ran yet!! It took me total of 4:45 (hours-minutes) which is not a great time but fine with me since i dont worry too much about time anyway. I was able to recover very quickly the next day also which was awesome and am now soon awaiting my 50 mile run which is soon coming.

Hi everyone, here to give you my weekly update. Now that the play I was in finally ended I was able to return to my normal running schedule. Man what a pain that was I split my runs into a short one in the morning and a longer one in the afternoon for the most part. So I made it through the week pretty well. Anyway so this friday all I thought I had to do on Saturday was run right? But no I read the date for the ACT wrong and it tommorrow!! I had no time to study and had to be there at 7:30 to take the test I had no Clue about it was terrible. Then about and hour after the test and some eating, I got myself together and just started my run at the time I didnt know if I was going to 12, 20 or 25 miles. Anywho at mile 13 I was feeling it and hurting like hell it was really annoying but I kept going and listening to music. Then on mile 20 and 21 (my wall) I started talking to myself or the wall I guess and telling it that I was going to beat the crap out of it and I did. Then here’s were it gets weird. On mile 24 if you have ever ran really long distance your legs get locked into like the same position, I moved them out of that position and did a couple high knees and then the right arcade fire song came on my i-pod and I took off at like a 5:30 mile pace. I was just smiling and laughing the rest of the run. That was the best runner’s high I had ever felt, it was probably from lack of water or brain cells or something but whatever..it was cool. So glad to keep you guys updated and see you on the road!

Hey Guys sorry, I havent posted a blog in while. This is where I will be posting my blogs and not on my myspace site anymore. Last update I did on myspace I think was the week before those devastating fires. Me and my family made it through those alright. I hope the rest of you who live in Southern California ended up ok also. My running however fell behind that week due to air quality conditions and my local gym being closed. So I took that week to try and fatten up (so I”ll have more energy to run). Then this past week (10/31/07-11/3/07) I picked my schedule back up monday and tuesday I ran my 13 however, wednesday and thursday the play that I am lead role in took up to much time. So I am behind a couple of miles as of now, but will try to spread those miles out so I can catch up on those as soon as possible. Thank you for reading my blog and go L&L society!!
